i was chionging home from tuition just now to meet agnes and co outside Mos.
then, this call came and i can forget about going. one of my collegue is down with dengue, the other covered under mc tomorrow. so i've to stand in for them. After work is tuition till 7. if were to go later. prolly will peng on the ground tomorrow.

one thing i hate about working on sat is, it never fails to make me frustrated and ruin my mood for the rest of the day. sometimes i really dont understand. sicne the centre is always so packed with people. why cant they hired more staff?

you have customers who throw their temper at you when they wait for a long time. and you have supervisor who urge the staff to speed up whatever they're doing to clear the crowd. staff like us, who's already very frustrated have nowhere to vent their anger. in the end, we take shortcuts in whatever we're doing and the customer lose out.

so it's like a cycle.
