frustration + anger + menses just came = PEK CHEK

i dont know what's wrong with Singnet. so much talk about delivering customer service or whatever. i think there's absolutely no service at all. after dayS of saying they will get back to me, it just turned out to be nothing but empty promises.

so i head down to comcentre in hope to ressolve the matter. i heard 'service was activated' for days. only to realise that the sales side didnt submit the case. so,nothing was done actually. if i didnt head down today, prolly i'll be kept in the dark still.

not that im trying to make life hard for them, they are making life hell for me. im sick of being put on hold and hearing the same empty promises or getting back to me later in the day. they never get back anyway.

on a lighter note.
Didnt expect Liverpool to win 8-0 yesterday. even more surprised that Peter Crouch scored two goals! hah. i bet 'someone' out there wont say he's fitter than Crouch - at least forthe time being.

i thought of how we're blinded at times. only to see the good instead of the flaws.
