i don't know what got into me today. i feel so down. not that i'm always up, just that it feels like i'm somewhere lower than that pit i'm in. could it be because the callings of the heart got louder today. or is it because of what's going on in the world.

don't understand why the junta government is so reluctant to accept foreign aid and help. they limit it to financial help, medical and food supplies. but would not allow foreign aid workers and volunteers to step in to help.
