we talked about Singapore going into recession. we talked about Morgan Stanley losing 50% of its market value. we talked about investments on British pound. we talked about people losing money and i'm so shocked that his dad lost 200k in high notes. 200k! you could buy a bmw 5 series, a 3-room flat in amk, allow me to survive for 400 months, etc.
it's sad to know that quite a number of those who are affected are elderly who had thrown-in their entire retirement fund/savings. some of them didn't even know what they're investing on/ what's going on.
