got to work again tomorrow. so, it's the time of the day to be depressed again. that day when i was there, got scolded by some unreasonable customer till .... idontknowwhattosay. just because of his taxi license thing which he's too lazy to renew and so, have to pay some late renewal fee at LTA. the way he scolded is like as though i killed his favourite pet dog or i pum-chek all the four tyres of his taxi.
well, the worst part of working as a customer service officier is, when you get scolded, you have to remain cool, calm and SMILE and i did! i feel so QRSTUVWXYZ!
he'd better dont come back and look for me tomorrow. :'(
and tuition after work.
in times like this, you feel like you have the world on your shoulder cause you have to lay food on the table for the family.
