dont know why it came at the wrong time.
few months ago, i reserved Dan brown's the Lost Symbols from national library. because it's few months back, i forgot about it - completely.

then, came the email,

The following item(s) you have reserved is/are available for collection.

A reservation fee of $1.55 per item has been charged to your account.

Please pay the reservation fee before collecting the item(s) at the Customer Service Counter of the library stated below.

Payment of the reservation fee can be made at any of our Library e-Kiosks by CashCard, ez-link, NETS or your prepaid account.

Reminder:
The reservation fee is still chargeable if you do not collect the item(s) by the expiry date of the reservation.
