sometimes i think working here is like a endless road.
you cant see where is the ending point blah blah blah.


because people got so used to doing things the manual way.

and it's very frustrating to know that you have a manager who seems to have a bad impression of you all because you drink and smoke with the rest.

seriously, what kind of logic is that. i mean, we all have social life right.

then, your ideas are always chucked aside and sometimes i think the only time when im really using my brain is during weekends, when i give tuition.


i want to change department, but the idea of having to mix with new colleagues puts me off. not that im being anti social or what, it's just that it's very hard to find good friends at work, im afraid that my possible new colleagues might end up being one who stabs you at the back (something that is very common in banks).
